LongHorn Steakhouse Boise Menu: Prices, Hours, Location & What to Order
Planning dinner at the Franklin Road LongHorn? Here’s what the LongHorn Steakhouse Boise menu looks like, when the doors are open, where to find the place, and how to pick a steak that fits your taste.
A quick note on prices. LongHorn sets them restaurant by restaurant, and they move over time. I couldn’t confirm Boise’s current numbers, so you won’t find a made-up price list here. This is an independent guide with no link to LongHorn or its parent company.

What Does a Steak Cost in Boise?
Short answer: check the official page. Here’s why no one else’s number is safe to trust.
Several 2026 “menu price” pages list the same steaks at very different amounts. One puts the Renegade Sirloin in the mid-teens; another says about $22. The Outlaw Ribeye runs from the mid-$20s to the high $30s depending on the site. None of them said which city they used.
What does hold across sources is the order. Sirloin costs least. Filet, ribeye and porterhouse cost more. A combo with shrimp or lobster costs more than the steak by itself. Sides and starters are the cheapest items.
The Steaks, Side by Side
Calories below are rough figures from third-party menu references. They mostly agree, but they aren’t official.
| Cut | Size | About | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flo’s Filet | 6 oz or 9 oz | 330 / 450 cal | Center-cut filet mignon, the softest option |
| Ribeye | 12 oz | 810 cal | Boneless, marbled |
| Outlaw Ribeye | 20 oz | 1,250 cal | Bone-in and very rich; sized for a big appetite |
| Renegade Sirloin | 6 oz or 8 oz | sources differ | Leaner, firmer bite, usually the lowest price |
| New York Strip | varies | n/a | Between sirloin and ribeye in texture |
| Fire-Grilled T-Bone | varies | n/a | A strip and a filet on one bone |
| Porterhouse | varies | n/a | Largest of the bone-in cuts |
Combos pair a steak with shrimp or lobster tail. Two that show up regularly are sirloin with grilled shrimp and filet with lobster. The side choices and the price can change, so read the current listing.
Beyond beef, the menu includes ribs, pork chops, chicken, salmon, shrimp and lobster. One tip from a Chowhound report: the Parmesan Crusted Chicken can be ordered without breadcrumbs if you need it gluten-free. The Boise restaurant’s Yelp photos also show a bacon mac and cheese made with four cheeses.
For starters, sides and sweets, see our dessert menu and drinks menu pages. I left out prices for those because they differ too much by location to guess.

Which Steak Suits You?
No trustworthy source ranks the Boise restaurant’s best sellers, so here’s a taste-based way to choose instead.
- You like it soft: Flo’s Filet. Mild and lean.
- You want richness: Ribeye or Outlaw Ribeye. An eastern Idaho news report called the Outlaw one of the most popular items. It’s also the heaviest, so consider sharing.
- You want a lighter meal: Renegade Sirloin.
- You want surf and turf: Look at the combos.
- You don’t want steak: Salmon, shrimp, chicken or ribs.

Lunch at the Boise Restaurant
LongHorn’s own FAQ says its restaurants open for lunch at 11:00 a.m. and start dinner at 3:00 p.m. Boise likely follows that, though I couldn’t confirm it. Lunch plates and prices vary by restaurant. Generally, lunch means smaller portions and lower prices, with sandwiches, salads and smaller steaks. Details are on our lunch menu page.
Opening Hours
Business listings show the same hours seven days a week for opening, with closing that changes on weekends. That matches LongHorn’s FAQ, which says closing time can vary by region.
| Days | Hours |
|---|---|
| Sunday to Thursday | 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. |
| Friday and Saturday | 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. |
Holidays are the exception. According to LongHorn, restaurants close on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and Christmas Eve ends at 8 p.m. Call before you leave if your visit falls near a holiday.
Finding the Restaurant
Look for 7997 W Franklin Rd, Boise, ID 83709, on the corner of Franklin and Milwaukee, close to the Interstate 84 onramp. The building went up on the site of an old Chili’s. I couldn’t confirm parking details.
Reservations are a mixed picture. LongHorn’s FAQ says the chain doesn’t take them but offers Call-Ahead waiting, while a Yelp listing for this restaurant advertises reservations. Phone (208) 375-9398 and ask.

Families and Groups
LongHorn has a kids menu, and Chowhound noted it can be a cheaper way to get similar meals. I couldn’t confirm Boise’s exact kids items, so ask when you order.
For a bigger party, the chain suggests calling the manager to find out how fast you can be seated. The best window is 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Since steak sizes vary a lot, sharing a large cut with extra sides can keep portions in check.

Calories and Allergies
Menu calories are estimates. The cut, the size, butter, sauces and your side all change the total. A sirloin with salad and a ribeye with a loaded potato can be more than a thousand calories apart.
If you have an allergy or eat gluten-free, use LongHorn’s official nutrition and allergen information and tell your server when you order. Our gluten-free menu and nutrition pages help you read it, but the official source is the one to trust.
Before You Go
- Read the Boise menu on the official page, not a third-party list.
- Call about the wait and about reservations.
- Check hours around holidays.
- Ask about swapping sides.
- Tell your server about any allergy.
